1. Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
Underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable").
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email Us: Contact Customer@theclothingmall.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship Back: We’ll provide a return address (Hong Kong) and instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers bear return costs unless the item is faulty.
Processing: Refunds/exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.
3. Refund Methods
Original Payment: Refunds go back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Processing Time: 3–10 business days (varies by bank).
Store Credit: Opt for instant e-gift credit if preferred.
4. Exchanges
Size/color exchanges are free if stock is available.
Contact us first to confirm availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Email photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.
6. International Returns
Customs duties for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
Declare packages as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional fees.
